I work with athletes of all levels, from debuting amateurs to veteran pros. If you’re ready to level up, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
In person coaching isn’t just seeing each other once or twice per week and not communicating any other time or offering any other support. With 1-1 in person coaching you’ll also get access to the relevant online coaching features to truly optimise your performancere

I started training when I was around 18 or 19 years old, and to begin with, I didn’t have a clue about anything training- or gym-related. For the first few years, I made every mistake possible. I fell for every training myth and had no idea what I was actually doing in the gym—especially when it came to training around a sport.
Now, it’s my job to make sure you don’t make the same mistakes I did.
I’ve trained in combat sports for most of my adult life. I trained in MMA from the age of 19 until I was 25, then transitioned to Brazilian Jiu-Jujitsu, which I’ve been doing ever since. Recently, I’ve been dipping back into MMA from time to time. During my MMA training, I was often around athletes preparing for world-level fights. That insight has proven extremely valuable now that I coach fighters myself.
Since qualifying as a coach in 2024, I’ve spent thousands learning from some of the best coaches in the industry. I’ve had access to world-level fight camps and have seen firsthand what it truly takes to coach at the elite level. I’ve also had the opportunity to shadow sessions with fighters competing at the highest levels of combat sports—an experience that’s been invaluable to my development as a coach.
